Working on both your BODY and MIND promotes mental wellness.


* Eat well - Go for fresh and natural food.
* Be active - Take part in any form of activities that you enjoy either indoor or outdoor, solo or
group, sweat or no sweat.
* Sufficient sleep - Known as the foundation of total wellness. It helps to re-energize every cell in
your body

Mind and Body


* Appreciate yourself. Accept your strength and weakness.

* Learn to relax and slow down. Try this: Close your eyes, then inhale and exhale gradually. Feel much better?
* Share your problems. It won't cause you any harm, yet it could help to solve your problems.
